Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We also require a receipt as proof of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and that these costs are non-refundable. Orders are dispatched on the day of purchase or the next working day, via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared by email.

We currently ship within the UK, European Union, and United States. Delivery times and cost vary by destination and will be provided at checkout. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared by email. Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to local taxes and duties. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
