Unless otherwise stated, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving your order. For domestic orders, we post using Royal Mail Tracked 48. For international orders, delivery times will vary depending on destination country. We use Royal Mail International Tracked. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared by email.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, it’s in the hands of the courier. While we always pack and send everything with care, we’re not able to take responsibility for delays, loss, or damage that may occur in transit.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We also require a receipt as proof of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and that these costs are non-refundable.
